I’ve been a Personal Trainer for a few years and am passionate about my work. Having spent 5 years working in banking in London after my degree I am fully aware of the daily stresses, long hours and stressful conditions that many of you face.
Whatever goal you want to achieve, whether it be weight loss or gain, toning, improve fitness, hypertrophy, core stability, sports specific, injury rehabilitation, pre/post natal or overall health I am 100% committed to motivating, educating and helping you achieve your goals whilst at the same time having fun. I have been very lucky to work with a variety of people varying from 18 to 70, male and female, people with health related problems, pregnancy, people that have never exercised before to professional dancers and tri-athletes.
I will be designing a programme to suit your specific goals and will work closely with you, whilst at the same time helping you to enjoy your work outs. People have different motivating factors for Personal Training and my aim is to help you achieve these. Your time with me will be educational as well as inspired, you will achieve your aims with me.
